Notice: 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence or Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

In observance of the 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence or Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, all parents and students are hereby informed that an hour-long cultural programme will be held after the morning assembly prayer and Flag Hoisting ceremony at 8 a.m. on 15 August 2022.

On the basis of the theme ‘Nation First, Always First‘, all pre-primary and classes 1 to IV students are urged to participate in the on-the-spot drawing competition while students of classes V to X are encouraged to participate in either the Poster Making or Speech Competition. Participants of of the drawing and poster-making competitions are required to bring their own coloring materials. Art paper will be provided.

Speeches of 2.5 — 3 minute duration in English, Bengali, or Hindi need to be prepared on the basis of the theme ‘Nation First, Always First‘. Students are required to contact their respective class teachers to have their names enlisted. Last minute enlistment will not be allowed.

Dismissal will be at 9:30 a.m. after the closing assembly. Please be guided accordingly.
