Read and follow instructions carefully:

Scan QR Code to make payment of Rs. 350.
Save Payment acknowledgement.
After payment, fill out Payment Details form and click SUBMIT.
After activation of LMS, your LOGIN details will be sent to the email address specified in the payment details form.
