Even though the deadline for the submission of filled-out Data Capture Format (DCF) forms issued by the designated Sub-Inspector of Schools (SI/S) / Circle Project Coordinator (CPC) of the Samagra Shiksha Mission Circle Level Resource Centre (CLRC) was set for 07 May 2022, many parents are yet to submit the said forms. The deadline is therefore extended up to Thursday, 12 May 2022.
Parents of students with parallel registrations in government-run or government-aided schools MUST withdraw the registration from the said schools and submit an application for Transfer Certificates (TC) to the concerned school authorities IMMEDIATELY. Insofar as the students database has been centralized at the state level, parallel admissions/registrations are no longer possible. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the student’s registration at Nivedita Academy.
Parents must apply as well for their child’s aadhaar card, which will form the basis of the registration at the unified platform established by the West Bengal Directorate of School Education.
Students photos not older than three months must be submitted along with the forms.
